The chargesheet filed by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in Islamic State module case in Hyderabad has revealed many appalling facts.
One of the arrested suspects, who is an engineer, told the NIA that his handler directed him to carry out ‘lone wolf attack’.
The NIA chargesheet mentions that the engineer-turned-suspected Islamic State operative was told by his handler that if ‘you are unable to kill them, if you fail to carry out attacks, spit on their faces’.
